Medical Conditions

At Maribis, our goal is to relieve suffering and improve the quality of life for people who live with illness and serious discomfort. While we believe the benefits of Cannabis are far-reaching, the potential for its use has not been realized to date. The State of Illinois has recently passed The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, which is this State’s first attempt at legitimizing the industry to help its citizens in need.

If you suffer from one of the qualifying conditions listed below and would like to learn how to become a registered patient, click here.

If you suffer from debilitating conditions not found on the below list, but believe that you would benefit from the medicinal effects of the Cannabis plant, please feel free to either, encourage your state representative or senator to sponsor a bill to add a new condition by law (to find your local state representative or senator, click here); or, with the support of a physician, petition the Illinois Department of Public Health to add additional conditions via an administrative process (to learn more about this process, click here).
